Use of the Wise&Well app does not replace your interaction with your Doctor nor any direction provided by your clinical team. Always involve your Doctor with any medical questions or concerns you may have.

Information obtained about you on the Wise&Well app is confidential and will be protected from unauthorized disclosure, tampering, or damage: All information is collected into a secure and encrypted database, and participant data is anonymized by a participant code such that there is no correlated data mapped to individual study participants by name at any level throughout this study.
